Discovery call
30–60 minutes. You describe the operation and the problem. We tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Operator embed
For projects that go forward, we spend time on-site. Real shifts, real conditions. We don't design from interviews.
Scoped build
Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price. Edge or cloud, hardware or software, whatever the problem requires.
Handoff and support
You own the system. We support it on a defined SLA. Source code, documentation, deployment — yours.
Same DNA as the products.
KLS and A.M.P.M both started as Labs-style problems. André needed a kitchen system. Gszxio needed visibility into construction sites. Both became products because the underlying problem was repeatable.
When you engage Labs, you get the same posture: built by people who run businesses, not by consultants billing hours. The work is graded against operational outcomes, not against a feature checklist.
Filtering up front saves both of us time.
We don't take on:
- Generic web design or marketing sites
- Mobile apps without an operational hook
- Staff augmentation or hourly contracting
- Projects where the customer is unwilling to give us operator access
